Not sure what movie the video clip is from, but it’s about a medical student sitting his entrance exams.

In the morning his girlfriend gives him a smoothie drink, and his stomach starts rumbling during the exam, and he rushes out, only to get caught short.  Not pleasant sight at the end, but you can sympathise with the poor man’s suffering.  Rate it, and leave your comments.
