    Green Smoothie (The Original) - Sergei Boutenko Raw Food Video

    Sergei Boutenko demonstrates how to make delicious, nutritious Green Smoothie (The Original) based on concepts from the book Green For Life, by Victoria Boutenko (Sergei’s mother).   Sergie Boutenko’s smoothie consists of fruits, green leafy veggies, and water making it simple, tasty, and easy to digest.  Incorporate more greens into your body, every morning start your day with a Green Smoothie.  Scroll down to see Sergei’s video on how to make Green Smoothie for kids.

    This video talks about how to make the best Green Smoothie possible:

    1. Never blend anything other than Fruits, Green Leafy Vegetables & Water, nothing else.

    2. Keep it simple, don’t mix too many different ingredients together.

    3. Dont try and be too perfect too quickly, no your limits.  Add a little bit more fruit to begin with to make it tastier, start with fruits. 60% Fruit by Volume & 40% Leafy

    4. Rotate the greens in your smoothie.  This will stop unhealthy alkaloids accumulating in your body.  Use different leafy greens each day.

    5.  Use a good blender to do the job.
