President Obama Closes Guantanoma Bay - News Video

This video shows President Obama signing the executive orders banning torture and formally orders the clossure of Guantanamo Bay within 12 months from now.   Human Rights First’s coalition of retired military leaders met with the President just prior and stood behind him as he signed the orders.  This is a great historic moment for all those who have been campaigning for an end to torture at this facility.
