Synopsis: Danny Boyle’s (Trainspotting, 28 Days Later) latest film, Slumdog Millionaire, follows the story of Jamal Malik (Dev Patel), a former street kid who has managed to reach the final question on the Indian version of Who Wants to be a Millionaire. Soon though, Jamal is being interrogated by the police who believe him to be a cheat. We learn through flashbacks, the events in his life that have given him the answers to get to the top prize 20 million rupees.
The story is full of humour and the touching love story will absorb you completely.
