@lisanne: Your information is incorrect, there is nowhere in Rite 2 where toes have to be curled and your other reference is also incorrect. For your information, the original text is in a publication dated 1939, and you should refer to that as your source before posting these negative comments. Since this post, other people have also put up videos which are based on the original text, but in our opinion, Ellen's video is still one of the best available to follow.

quote: "In contrast, Ellen Wood’s video is probably the closest representation to how the Tibetan Rites should be performed". nope... she has made up her own Rites. Doesn't even curl up her toes for exercise 2 AND she bows to the floor totally in #2 as well, which isn't the way it was in the book by Kelder. Everyone these days seem to "make up" their own rites. Why not stick to the original?

Great video Ellen. You make it look so easy and I am definitely committed to practice this daily now. I agree, the music is great - I've got a collection of Steven Halpern compositions that are just as good. - Belinda

Ladies & Darius,

It's great to have such positive feedback on Videodippers from you all, it's very much appreciated. For your information, the author of this post practices the 5 Tibetan Rites daily and once it becomes part of your daily routine you will find it is a complete system which tones up your whole body. Your welcome comments is encouraging and I will put up some more information for everyone interested on the True 5 Tibetan Rites and where you can avail yourself of the facts so you don't get mislead by some of the distorted facts about this wonderful system.

I just finished watching this wonderful video and I could see how the human body could truly benefit from such an experience. It addresses the entire body in simple to follow movements and in a short period of time. It is also great that this is something one can do in their own home which for many with a busy schedule is much easier. I myself did the Five Tibetans some years ago and then again in yoga class. I do find the slowing of the technique is much more useful to the body and the mind. Barbara A. Tracy, Naturopath, Iridologist and Polarity Therapist.

I have read about the 5 Tibetans but never felt I could follow written directions and feel I was doing them correctly. This video makes it possible! Ellen Wood's video demonstration is great! In it she shows me how they should be done and also inspires me to do them!
